I have these nice omnibus editions. I’ve read other Gene Wolfe books and liked ’em. I’ve read the first couple hundred pages of Shadow of the Torturer at least four times. Time to stop stalling out!

How funny … one of my mother’s friends just dropped off the trilogy at my house the other day. Wolfe lives not too far from us, and when she realized I was writing fantasy, asked if I’d be interested in reading them over, as she knew him from earlier in life.
Ha. that’s cool! (Four books, though — make sure you have ’em all…)
