White Wolf is suing Sony Pictures over Underworld. Just thought you’d like to know. Anyone read the Nancy Collins story involved?

Boy, they sure don't give you a lot to go on in that press release, do they?

Maybe Collins is just bad at putting words together into meaningful phrases, but... "Apparently they are marketing this as a remake of Romeo and Juliet. What I think they really mean is that it’s an on-screen adaptation of my story." I assume the 60 points of unique similarity go something like this...

  • Two households, both alike in dignity
  • A pair of star-crossed lovers
