Done as an exercise:
Reese Beulay, Roadway Prophet
Note: whether due to psychological limitations or otherwise, his Epic Attributes only function at full strength when used on or around roads, or in situations related to roads.
Stamina: 5 (Epic 1, Holy Fortitude)
Holy Fortitude allows him to go for twice the normal time without food, drink, or sleep. With Epic Stamina 1, “normal time” means one week.
Perception: 4 (Epic 1, Predatory Focus)
Wits: 3 (Epic 1, Instant Investigator)
Predatory Focus enhances his ability to track someone down. Instant Investigator allows him to sum up a crime scene (in his case, generally a highway accident or the like) in a single glance.
Animal Ken: 1
Control (car): 5
Craft (auto repair): 2
Boons & Relics
Unerring Orientation (Psychopomp 1)
Where Are You? (Psychopomp 2)
Unerring Orientation allows him to always know where he is and how to get where he wants to go.
Where Are You? allows him to track down people he wants to find.
Note: like his Epic Attributes, his Boons only function at full strength when used on or around roads, or in situations related to roads.
Relic 5: The Book of Good Roads
This relic, an old and battered tome from the turn of the century, allows Reese to use his Psychopomp, Mystery, and Prophecy purviews. It also contains access to a Guide at level 2; while most Guides are creatures, this Guide is represented by the sage and wise advice within the book.
