I have these nice omnibus editions. I’ve read other Gene Wolfe books and liked ’em. I’ve read the first couple hundred pages of Shadow of the Torturer at least four times. Time to stop stalling out!

My old-school gaming side is charmed by the idea of a whole campaign centered around a single dungeon. My perverse side wants to do it in 4e. I have a concept in mind: the Clocktower. It probably has too much plot in it for a real grognard’s taste.
Nice people, they’ve totally accepted me as family, and it’d be a nice vacation sometime.

Our bed is somewhat creaky and poorly put together. Something more solid would be a good idea. Also, the futon is about as old as the bed.
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention does fundraising walks; there’s one in Boston. This is a cause which is important to me.
I was gonna do this at Christmas, but circumstances prevented. Jacob seemed fairly chuffed at the idea, and Mom was amused, so hey.

The chic thing to do is to keep it at 0 messages. Ha ha. But I got it under 50 over the fall and I kept it there for a few months; let’s make sure I can keep that up for a while.
